We are delighted to announce that CCCit has been independently audited and certified by ISOQAR to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Both certificates have been issued under ISOQAR’s UKAS accreditation.
This is a significant milestone for our business. It provides independent confirmation that our quality and information security management systems have been assessed against internationally recognised requirements.
What do ISOQAR and UKAS mean?
ISO develops and publishes international standards, but it does not audit organisations or issue certificates.
CCCit’s assessments were carried out by ISOQAR, an independent certification body accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, known as UKAS.
UKAS is the UK’s sole national accreditation body. It assesses certification bodies such as ISOQAR to confirm their competence, impartiality and ability to perform reliable assessments.
Put simply, ISOQAR audited CCCit and issued our certificates. UKAS accredits ISOQAR to provide this certification.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems.
Our ISO 9001 certification confirms that CCCit has established processes for consistently meeting client requirements, monitoring performance, managing responsibilities and continually improving the services we deliver.
For our clients, this supports a clear, accountable and consistent approach across our IT support and service desk solutions.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information security certification
ISO/IEC 27001 is the internationally recognised standard for information security management systems.
Our certification confirms that CCCit has implemented a structured, risk-based system for managing information security. This includes protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, identifying risks and maintaining appropriate policies, responsibilities and controls.
This complements the practical protection provided through our cyber-security services and reinforces the importance we place on handling information responsibly.
