Onsite and Remote Support is our complete package, offering all the benefits of our Onsite Support package and Remote Plus Monitoring package.

Our onsite technical support package gives you direct access to an onsite visit from one of our IT support technicians. Got an issue? We’ll come to you. Whether your technician is responding to a system upgrade or an emergency issue, our professional technical analysts will be on hand to provide their expertise, providing effective solutions to get you back up and running.

Due to our location in central Bristol, we can typically get to any office in and around Bristol/Bath in one hour or less.



Our CCCit onsite package gives customers an extra level of system protection. Opting for our remote and onsite support gives customers all the benefits of the CCCit Remote Plus Package, plus unlimited onsite support and our onsite SLA for total peace of mind.

The Complete SLA included with this contract guarantees same day onsite response. Our experts are usually on site within one hour plus travel time.
Full antivirus protection and firewall for desktop/server included as standard with no extra cost. CCCit is committed to offering customers effective, practical support and peace of mind. Our choice of anti-virus and anti-spyware as standard reflects this commitment: the two services combine to ensure minimal use of resources but maximum protection.
Network infrastructure. All core network infrastructure such as router, switch and printer covered as standard with your package.*Network devices included in support: 1 router, 1 managed switch and 1 printer, other devices charged separately.
24/7 system monitoring for your desktop/server by a dedicated team of IT professionals. We'll know about system issues before you do!
Reduced rates of £50 per hour for non-contracted onsite work (I.E. office move). Preferential rates for our other services.
We will re-install your operating system for you if the system develops a problem which cannot be fixed via normal processes. This is not included with a remote only contract.
Access to our online customer portal. This provides access to all support ticketing and billing information.
